David Liss’ Black Panther stalks the rooftops of Manhattan. San Antonio novelist David Liss will sign copies of the first issue of his on-going run of the Marvel comic Black Panther: The Man Without Fear at Atomic Comics on Wednesday, Dec. 15. Liss' Phantom Reporter fights crime in spats.
