Join Doctor Who Fans Unite in celebrating their 4-year anniversary tonight with Doctor Who Appreciation Night at the Alamo Drafthouse Westlakes. The group has been going strong for the past 4 years and has no plans to stop!
This month’s Doctor Who Appreciation Night features sceening of Blink & The Girl in the Fireplace. Blink won the Hugo Award in 2008 and is rated one of the top episodes of the new Doctor Who series. Both Blink & The Girl in the Fireplace were penned by award-winning writer Steven Moffat.
If you have never seen an episode of the new series this is the night for you, expect to be thoroughly entertained.
To celebrate the anniversary DWFU will be hosting a costume contest and a raffle for Doctor Who goodies! Admission isfree, but you have to get a ticket from the box office to secure your spot. The Alamo Drafthouse Westlakes is at 1255 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas.
