Starting tonight, the Overtime Theater presents a new serial space comedy, The Adventures of Captain Cortez and the Tri-Lambda Brigade. This series will run for six live episodes with a new one premiering on the last weekend of the moth from now until June. The first installment runs Friday January 28th and Saturday the 29th at 10:00 PM at the Overtime Theater (1414 S. Alamo, #103, San Antonio, TX 78210).
This show was written by Scott McDowell and features the exceedingly humorous Cary Farrow as the titular Captain Cortez, Alexander Berkowitz as Sgt. Darling, Morgan Scharff as Sgt. Thorndyke, Michael Burger as The Lightning Baron, Chuck Wigginton as Mr. Adigate and Ben Scharff as Stiebing. Rounding out the cast are Carl Adair, Dru Barkus, Joshua Gonzales, and Ramona Villarreal.
Ticket prices are just $5 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at www.theovertimetheater.net.
Hit the theater early and catch the 8:00 showing of All Good Things, the Overtime’s third installment of their “stage noir” series written by Scott McDowell and directed by Andrew Thornton.

Thanks for the tip Crystal. I updated the post to include the trailer.
Awesome!
One quick correction, I think the admission for “Captain Cortez” is just $5; the $12 admission is for the main show, “All Good Things”, also by Scott McDowell and also excellent.
