If you are interested in the field of computer graphics, Thursday is your opportunity to see some cutting edge animation from the 2008 SIGGRAPH Computer Animation Festival. This will be the first meeting of the San Antonio ACM SIGGRAPH professional chapter and they will be watching the shorts on Thursday, February 18, 2010 from 7:30pm – 9:30pm at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), 4301 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209 in the Bonilla Science Hall, room 129.
The only place you can see this reel is by attending an annual or local chapter SIGGRAPH meeting. SIGGRAPH is an annual convention put on by the ACM SIGGRAPH (Association for Computing Machinery’s Special Interest Group on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques) organization.
