SA48HR: 'Sensational Invasion' and 'Vocali7e'SA48HR: ‘Sensational Invasion’ and ‘Vocali7e’

Today we present a sampling of video entries from the most recent San Antonio 48 Hour Film Experience.

First up is Sensational Invasion, in which we meet Mr. Sensational. On his Internet radio chat show, Mr. Sensational starts the debate over which is stronger, Aliens or Zombies? This film was created by Grande Cinema Productions and stars Alex Rodriguez as Mr. Sensational.

The next short, Vocali7e, brings the deliberations that we all have in our own heads out in the open. Team B-Boys Productions is responsible and Vocali7e was produced by Louis Cardenas and directed by Jacob Resendez, Rik Wederstrandt, Robert French and Michael Wederstrandt. The language in this short may not be appropriate for your workplace and definitely not for children.

Fantastic! I was blown away by the creativity and the willingness to use such a strong subject matter. This movie was extremely well done.

  • Very well made. Creative and intelligent movie. The topic is not easy for people to deal with and this short will add more fuel to the flames of conversations, which is positive.

I agree with Roland that Vocali7e is a fantastic film. Controversial subject matter adds depth to a well written script.
