Surely you haven’t had your fill of turkey yet? You already consumed your bird, now it’s the turkey’s turn for revenge…courtesy of the Overtime Theater’s Midnight Movie Madness.
Tonight, Saturday November 28th, you can catch THANKSKILLING – A gory parody of holiday slasher films. Here’s a description from the movie’s website:
An evil turkey is unleashed…and he’s one ‘fowl’ mouthed bastard! Five college kids heading home for Thanksgiving break cross paths with the turkey, who’s possessed by an ancient Indian curse. In this hilariously gory spoof, the teens must stop the maniac bird before he kills them all!
Movie screening is free but donations are gladly accepted. The show starts at midnight and you can BYOB!
If you show up early, you can catch Improv Comedy with THE DENIALS at 10:00 pm. The Denials commit adult-oriented improv. Besides fun improv games, one of the troupe’s specialties is Altered Classics – making up new versions of classic works of literature or film, on the spot, based on audience suggestions. Come out armed with suggestions about your favorite classics! $8 general admission, BYOB.
