San Antonio manga artist (and recent Missions profilee) LEA HERNANDEZ has drawn yet another accolade.
“COMIC BOOK TATTOO,” an anthology of illustrated stories inspired by the songs of Tori Amos, earlier this month scooped up the HARVEY AWARD for Best Anthology. Lea wrote and illustrated the story based on Amos’ “Ribbons Undone.”
“Comic Book Tattoo,” edited by Rantz Hoseley for IMAGE COMICS has already won an Eisner Award.
Not a bad project to be associated with. Congrats, Lea.

That is some rad artwork, Lea. Congratulations, and envy.
That’s great! It’s a really good book.
