By Sanford Allen, on October 22nd, 2009 San Antonio manga artist (and recent Missions profilee) LEA HERNANDEZ has drawn yet another accolade.
“COMIC BOOK TATTOO,” an anthology of illustrated stories inspired by the songs of Tori Amos, earlier this month scooped up the HARVEY AWARD for Best Anthology. Lea wrote and illustrated the story based on Amos’ “Ribbons Undone.”

Not a bad project to be associated with. Congrats, Lea.
