The Judas Mandala: new and improved.
As if San Antonio sf author DAMIEN BRODERICK hasn’t been prolific enough of late, WARREN LAPINE’S Fantastic Books has issued two upgraded reprints of Damien’s older work.
THE DREAMING is an updated and revised version of Damien’s award-winning The Dreaming Dragons. In it, an anthropologist travels to the Australian desert to search for the source of an aboriginal myth. The holographic “Gate” he finds may explain not only the myth but the origin of man and the fate of the dinosaurs.
THE JUDAS MANDALA, the story of an out-of-work poet and single mom’s travels through time, introduced the terms “virtual reality” and “virtual matrix” long before William Gibson and The Matrix spread them through popular culture. The reprint includes a new afterword describing the novel’s strange publishing history and the full text of an omitted chapter.

The book looks great! And who did the cover art? That’s really eye-catching.
