I feel a bit embarrassed by this abundance of name-drops, but last year I did have a sustained burst of short fiction writing, and luckily placed all the stories--five of them with ASIMOV&#039;S. Meanwhile, Warren Lapine&#039;s new imprint Fantastic Books is doing two collections of my short work, and bringing out a number of revised editions of my novels. So I guess my name will be popping up here again every few months for a while... I can&#039;t complain about that, of course. :)
