We promised an update on the forthcoming release of Duncan Jones’ new sf flick MOON to San Antonio. No publicly-confirmed word yet, but we still believe it will open at the Santikos Bijou at Crossroads on July 10th. No schedule yet, and of course, no tickets available just yet. We’ll keep you posted.
The fan group WORLDS COLLIDE will collaborate with us to bring attention to MOON. We’ll both assemble a joint opening night excursion to see the film. Most likely, we’ll shoot for a 7:30ish showtime July 10th, but won’t know until the theatre officially announces. Updates here as they happen.
We’re off to a good start — the following MISSIONS UNKNOWN folks are already aboard for the opening night festivities, and WORLDS COLLIDE will no doubt have plenty more coming once details firm up. The theatre says they won’t have show times for the July 10th movie until July 7th. Most prime time movies at the Bijou seem to start around 7:30 or 8:00.
We have a baby sitter yay! So hubby Harold and I will be joining you!
